The historic Bolton Neighborhood lies along the banks of the Willamette River on the east and reaches into the West Linn hills on the west. The terrain gives Bolton some of West Linn’s largest and most diverse parks, namely Mary S. Young Park (128 acres), Burnside Park, Hammerle Park, Maddox Woods, Mclean House & Park and West Bridge Park. It also allows for newer grand estates in the higher elevations or directly on the riverfront and more modest, older homes everywhere else.
